Behind Jauma is James Erskine, a pioneering force in Australian natural winemaking since 2010 and award-winning sommelier who topped the Australian Master Sommeliers exams. His wines now grace tables across 15 international markets, combining deep sommelier expertise with Agricultural Science training to create wines that reflect both technical mastery and profound respect for the land.
From their certified organic farm in the Adelaide Hills, the JAUMA team works with carefully tended McLaren Vale fruit and their own plantings of Chenin Blanc, Savagnin, and Cabernet Franc.

- Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
- We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
