Jauma is one of the benchmark names in Australian natural wine. Working on Kaurna Land in South Australia, the team crafts zero-addition wines from organically grown grapes: no added sulphur, no lab yeasts, no tweaks. Just vivid, juicy fruit and the character of the land in the glass.
The wines are bright, textural and vibrantly alive, speaking directly of the vineyards they come from. What you taste is pure fruit and place, transformed into bottles celebrated worldwide for their energy and drinkability.
Behind Jauma is James Erskine — award-winning sommelier, Agricultural Science graduate and pioneering voice in Australian natural winemaking since 2010. From their certified organic Adelaide Hills farm, the Jauma team works with carefully tended McLaren Vale vineyards as well as their own plantings.
