Important Delivery Information
- Same-day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
- Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
- ID check may be required to confirm the recipient is aged 18 or over.
- Standard deliveries (not same-day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
- We will always do our best to find a safe place; however, if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions.
- For Australia Post deliveries, the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection facility.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
