2023 Unico Zelo 'Esoterico'

Vibrant, unfiltered and ready for your next spicy dish! A wonderfully delicious ‘dip your toe in Orange’ wine from Unico Zelo. A Zibibbo blend fermented on skins for 14 days. Half of the wine is left in tank whilst the second half is patiently left to age in a 3500 litre foudre for 10 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 

2024 Momento Mori 'Fistful of Flowers' 

Fresh and pure with a cool slated steeliness and a fine citrus-like salinity to keep it all together. Expressive florals on the nose, perfumed stone fruits, musk, lemon and spring blossoms.

This is a fresh and zesty skin contact wine bursting with blood orange, mandarin and flirty florals.

2025 Delinquente 'Jaybird' Bianco Macerato
