Micah Hewitt is the master behind the DEFIALY label. Although he would laugh off any such superlative to his name. Micah's wines are as approachable and humble as the man himself. When a winemaker is so acutely aware of how lucky they are to be in such a position, absolutely nothing is taken for granted. This is a story of hard work and perseverance, thankfully it's paying off.
