FOCUS ON: ORANGE WINE
'Orange Wine' is made from grapes typically used to make white wine where the technique results in an orange or amber colour. Instead of the grape skins and seeds being removed immediately after pressing, they are left in during fermentation like red wines. As well as the colour that comes from the skin and lignin in the seeds, orange wines have higher tannin, texture and body. The wines are usually made in the same style as natural wines - and are bloody delicious!

FOCUS ON: CHARDONNAY
One of the world's most popular grapes, Chardonnay grows well in Australia, particularly Adelaide Hills and Yarra Valley. For a crisp, leaner style with mineral-driven texture look for a French Chablis.
Chardonnay pairs well with creamy, buttery flavours and soft textures such as lobster. Match it with dishes with subtle spice and flavours.
