Fantastic customer service -- I ordered a box of wine as a gift for my brother in law and Act of Wine contacted me to make sure they had the correct message to write in the card. They were also so helpful when there was an issue with no one being available to accept the delivery, they made sure it was redelivered on a day that someone would be home. I just received my first online order, as I'm based in Brisbane. I'm always a little nervous buying wine online, as ensuring safe and non 'heat treated' delivery is variable up here, but my fears were put to bed. The precious cargo arrived well packaged, in a refrigerated van, by a friendly delivery person, arriving in the window they had advised. I'm sure the wines will be as stellar as the winemakers intended when the time is right. Thanks Andrew and team. Big thumbs up.
