    Gentle Folk is the passion project of Gareth and Rainbo Belton, former marine scientists who traded seaweed biodiversity for the rolling vineyards of the Adelaide Hills. Their winemaking journey began in 2012 in the Basket Range, learning alongside natural wine pioneers like James Erskine of Jauma.
