Momento Mori has become one of Australia's defining names in natural wine, creating vibrant, expressive bottles that celebrate purity, place and drinkability above all else.

Founded by Dane and Hannah, the winery began in Gippsland before recently embarking on a new chapter in Tasmania, carrying with them the knowledge and philosophy they've developed over more than a decade.

While their home has changed, the wines continue to be made from organically and sustainably grown vineyards across Central Victoria, where they work closely with growers who share their thoughtful approach to farming.

Every wine is made with minimal intervention, allowing the fruit to speak for itself. Grapes are harvested by hand, fermented with wild yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration, with only a tiny addition of sulphur at bottling when required. The result is a collection of wines that are energetic, light on their feet and wonderfully expressive. Their skin-contact whites are fragrant, juicy and textural without ever becoming heavy, while the reds are bright, lifted and packed with vibrant fruit, fine minerality and effortless drinkability.

These are wines that feel alive in the glass, crafted not to impress with power, but to bring genuine pleasure from the first sip to the last.
