We understand you can't always be home to receive parcels, so we'll leave it in a safe place if possible, otherwise our courier will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

First time VIC customers are required to receive in person, subsequent orders can then be left in a safe place.

We love sending gifts and we'll make sure there is no pricing included in the package.

If you have included a greeting card, write your personalised message in the order instructions and we'll be sure to include it.

We highly recommend including a phone number for the recipient and any special instructions to ensure we can make a smooth delivery.

Life is not perfect - but we'll be sure to do everything possible when something goes wrong.

We have a 90-day return policy for faulty wines - just get in touch with the details and we'll be right on it.

In the rare case of a breakge in transit, we'll be in touch to make arrangements for a new bottle or credit right away.
