Natural wine curious? You’re in the right place.

While there’s no single rulebook for what defines natural wine, this pack follows the shared principles most drinkers and producers agree on: sustainably or organically farmed grapes, hand harvesting, native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention in the winery.

These wines are made with little to no additives, no fining or filtration, minimal sulphur and without new oak, allowing the character of the vineyard, grape and vintage to shine through.

The result is wine that’s vibrant, honest and alive — often lighter in alcohol, fresh and juicy in style, yet capable of real depth and complexity. Made in small batches and shaped by the season, natural wines are the antithesis of mass production, offering something deliciously individual in every bottle.

2025 Delinquente 'Screaming Betty' Vermentino

Ruverland, SA

Vermentino on a more floral, geranium/jasmine bouquet bent this year, green apple fuzzy juicy, lovely length and persistence from the salty oily Vementino-ey-ness. Grapefruit, lemon curd, with a crunchy salinity to finish.

A real high wire, acid driven ride of a drink, bring on some creamy cacio e pepe and another bottle, please..
