Pet Nat (short for Pétillant Naturel) is quite simply wine that is bottled before fermentation finishes, allowing for CO2 to be trapped and therefore making the wine sparkling.
What results is a super fun and playful drink, that is to be enjoyed with friends and not taken too seriously!
