Alice and Olivier de Moor
Alice and Olivier de Moor are well known for their pure, natural wines that they craft from small plots in Chablis, Chitry and the little known Saint Bris appellation. Their wines are highly sought-after in Paris and New York so we were delighted to have even this tiny amount in Australia.
They have been tending their organic vines near their village of Courgis for over thirty years now. Courgis lies north west of Dijon so it is quite a cold area leading to low yields from the vines. Both Alice and Olivier share the winemaking as they work together to craft these stunning wines.
It is also quite close to Chablis and shares some of the same Kimmeridgean limestone that makes Chablis so desirable for growing Chardonnay.
All the grapes are picked by hand and only natural yeasts are used to ferment the wines which are matured in foudre and oak barrels that are typically one to four years old to ensure that the oak flavours do not dominate the fruit.
And by the way! The lovely art work on the labels is drawn by Olivier himself. Very talented!

Absolutely, we’d love to see you. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready.

My order is a gift, can I leave a message?
Yes, of course. You can leave a message at checkout in the ‘Notes to Seller’ box - just click Update Cart and we’ll make sure it’s included.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.

What is your heat policy?
We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $99.
All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
