Fruit grown using organic, biodynamic or sustainable practices with biodiversity in the vineyard and harvesting by hand without machinery. Wild fermentation and minimal intervention including no use of additives such as commercial yeast, acids or enzymes and low sulfur at bottling.
In short, wine that speaks ever so softly of the winemaker while singing joyfully of time and place.

We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
