You’re met with a burst of honeysuckle, almond blossom, star jasmine and a twist of citrus oil on the nose. The palate is bright and tangy with wonderful crisp, fresh acidity, lime, sherbet and strands of bubbles.

PRODUCTION NOTES

Prosecco is the traditional Sparkling Wine of Northern Italy made from the grape of the same name. Unlike Champagne, Prosecco is made using the Charmat method, giving it freshness and purity...the perfect aperitif.

WINEMAKER NOTES

The McLaren Vale grown grapes provide the fruit and oral perfume, while the cooler Hills bring the lemon/lime driven fresh acidity.

FOOD PAIRING NOTES

Bubbles make every occasion more enjoyable and this vintage of Prosecco will not disappoint. Drink on its own or with a lovely light seafood dish like King fish ceviche topped with native finger lime.

Our same day delivery is eligible every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge will apply for redelivery.
