Cobaw Ridge has been a pioneer of sustainable farming since before we even knew it was a thing. 100% organic Syrah rose from the Macedon Ranges in Central Victoria.

Meticulous care is given to the vines and once in the winery, the fruit is processed gently and without additions. Large format old oak and Georgian qvevris are used to develop subtle textures. Full malo and zero so2 till post blending prior to bottling.

Bone dry. Supple, elegant and stunning.

Please place your order by 3pm.
Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next applicable day.
Select 'same day' option at checkout.
Our same day delivery is eligible every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge will apply for redelivery.
