Shipping policy
1. We aim to deliver your wine to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
2. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace it at no cost or provide another appropriate remedy.
3. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are determined by order value and destination:

4. Same-day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended in accordance with applicable alcohol delivery regulations.
5. First-time orders in Victoria can only be delivered to the person who placed the order. We are required to check identification confirming that the recipient is 18 or over. Subsequent deliveries, excluding same-day deliveries, may be marked Authority to Leave so the driver can leave the parcel in a safe place.
6. We will always do our best to find a safe place. If the driver determines that it is unsafe to leave the parcel, the order will be returned to the depot to await further instructions. For Australia Post deliveries, it may be taken to the nearest collection facility.
7. Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
8. Recipients of gift orders may be asked to provide identification confirming that they are 18 or over.
