About The Wine
A delicious blend made for your table! Light on its feet with crunchy cherry, fresh raspberry and plum interwoven with delicate sage and rosemary herbaciousness and bright acidity.
Combination of destemmed fruit and whole-bunch. Wild ferment in combination of cement and steel, short maturation in old oak and steel on lees. Parcels blended just before bottling.
About Little Reddie
Pat Underwoods passion for wine was found through his passion for coffee. Whilst working in a bar in Castlemaine his colleague and friend Jarad Curwood from Chapter Wine allowed him to pick some grapes from a farm under his care. This led to the first wine produced under the Little Reddie label. A Shiraz fermented in his father’s backyard and aptly named after the drought hardy, introduced fish he was catching in local waters.
