Hand-picked into half-ton bins and carefully transported to the winery, the fruit was 100% destemmed and meticulously sorted. Fermentation spanned 15 to 20 days, allowing for a gentle extraction and vibrant aromatics, before being pressed off to French barriques, 15% of which were new.
The result is a finely detailed wine with layered red fruits, lifted spice, and a sense of elegance that captures both the charm of the Upper Yarra and the character of this established site.
