Oris is a classic Falerio Bianco blending Trebbiano with the native Marche varieties Passerina and Pecorino. The organically farmed vines grow among the hills of Ascoli Piceno, where Ciù Ciù has helped preserve the identity of these historic local grapes.

Pale straw yellow with youthful green reflections, it opens with fresh orchard fruit and delicate white flowers. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, balancing lively freshness with gentle warmth and a softly rounded fruit character.

Bright, approachable and made to be enjoyed young, this is a beautifully authentic Italian white for aperitivo, seafood and relaxed summer drinking.

About the Wine

Bacchus is a classic Piceno Rosso blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, grown organically among the rolling hills that descend from Offida toward the Adriatic Sea. Ciù Ciù works to preserve the natural balance of this landscape, allowing its distinctive soils and microclimate to remain at the heart of each wine.

Montepulciano brings colour, depth and generous structure, while Sangiovese adds freshness, savoury character and fine tannins. Authentic, approachable and unmistakably Italian, this is a versatile table red shaped by regional tradition and thoughtful modern winemaking.

About the Winemaker
Ciù Ciù was established in 1970 and is owned by Walter and Massimiliano Bartolomei, with Paolo Caciorgna overseeing winemaking. Producing around 6,500 cases each year, the family believes wine should offer an authentic expression of its origins, shaped by the distinctive soils and microclimate of the Marche hills stretching from Offida toward the Adriatic Sea.

The vineyards are certified organic, reflecting a long-standing commitment to protecting the natural balance of the land. Ciù Ciù has played an important role in championing indigenous Marche varieties such as Pecorino and Passerina, alongside Verdicchio, Montepulciano and Sangiovese. Traditional regional character is supported by careful research and modern cellar techniques, resulting in expressive wines that unite heritage, organic farming and a clear sense of place.
