Unico Zelo
Unico Zelo is the joyfully unconventional wine project of Brendan and Laura Carter, based in South Australia and driven by curiosity, sustainability, and a refusal to take wine too seriously. The focus is firmly on flavour, drinkability, and regional expression.
Working with drought-resistant, climate-appropriate varieties such as Fiano, Nero d’Avola, Zibibbo and Dolcetto, Unico Zelo champions thoughtful farming and minimal intervention in the cellar. The wines are expressive, approachable, and genuinely fun to drink, without sacrificing depth or integrity.

Can I place an order online for pickup?
Absolutely, we’d love to see you. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready.

My order is a gift, can I leave a message?
Yes, of course. You can leave a message at checkout in the ‘Notes to Seller’ box - just click Update Cart and we’ll make sure it’s included.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.
What if I want to order more than is available?

What is your heat policy?
We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $99.
All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders same-day or next-business-day. Delivery takes up to 5 business days Australia-wide — you can find full delivery timeframes here
