Unico Zelo, meaning "unique zeal", was born from a passionate belief that Australian wine should be made for Australian conditions by Australian producers in a way that lasts generations.
Founded in 2012 when few were focusing on climate-appropriate winemaking, this pioneering Adelaide Hills producer has become Australia's first Certified B-Corp winery, embodying holistic sustainability that considers not just environmental impact but people and social responsibility.
Their approach borrows liberally from natural wine principles while maintaining the flexibility to strike a considered balance between technology and terroir, constantly seeking ways to minimize their footprint through regenerative farming practices.

Important Delivery Information:
- Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
- Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
- ID check may be required to confirm recipient is aged 18 or over.
- Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
- We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
