A refreshing, summery, Mediterranean inspired gin.

Patient Wolf Summer Thyme Gin was brought to life in 2017 via a collab with Melbourne’s go-to riverside drinking venue come summer, Arbory Afloat. Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean and the salty sophistication of the Amalfi Coast. Two flavours are synonymous with the region. Lemons, which grow everywhere in the volcanic soils and thyme, used commonly in Italian seasoning. The two flavours are used often together for a reason, because they work brilliantly together!

Once we brought this Gin to life, we knew it was a keeper. Summer Thyme Gin has gone on to win some pretty prestigious awards.. like Gold Trophy winner as the best London Dry Style Gin at the Hong Kong International Spirits and Wine Competition.

It’s a lively gin bursting with lemon zest and delicate piney freshness. Best enjoyed poolside, in a hammock or on a rooftop.

Take a sip and be transported to your very own Sorrento sailboat. First class all the way.
