Grab a bottle, gather your favourite people and head for the park. Rainbow Juice is a playful blend of organically grown Pinot Gris, Sangiovese and Pecorino from the Adelaide Hills, made with minimal intervention and designed to be served with a good chill.

A little free-run juice, a little time on skins and a little direct pressing come together to create a beautifully aromatic, textural wine bursting with energy. Zippy acidity keeps everything bright and thirst-quenching, while the blend of varieties and techniques gives the palate colour, character and plenty of fun.

About the Winemaker
Gentle Folk is the winery of Gareth and Rainbo Belton, both marine scientists, who found themselves drawn to the Adelaide Hills to start making wine. With the help of viticulturist Dr Dylan Grigg they began acquiring small plots of vine and growing their own grapes - a necessary step, in Gareth’s mind, to establishing a true connection with the land.

Since their first three-barrel ferment in 2013, Gentle Folk has made an impact on the Adelaide Hills wine scene, bridging the natural and traditional wine aesthetics in an honest (and delicious) way. The wines range... to single-site chardonnays and pinot noirs of classical proportions.
