2024 Koerner Wine 'Watervale' Riesling

Wine from the Clare Valley, but not as you know it. White flower Aromatics with beautiful layers of fruit and subtle spice. The grapes were picked by hand in mid February. Crushed and destemmed. They spent around 6 hours on skins. Natural ferment in steel & ceramic amphora for 2 months. Ageing in stainless steel on fine lees for 10 months.

2025 Ravensworth 'Regional' Riesling

Citrus, white peach, grapefruit with hints of anise spice and flowers, bone dry, more generous than the last few years but still the thrilling acidity and green apple crunch. Bone dry.

2024 Hochkirch 'Toward Laidlaws' Riesling

From the Nagorcka's Biodynamic vineyards, hand-picked and wild fermented. Skin contact evident with pale yellow colour Sweet lemon/citrus nose with hint of wet stone. Sweet riesling fruit in mouth over dry, lively acid backbone and finishing with that engaging touch of noble phenolic bitterness.

2023 LATTA Vino 'Illuminate' Riesling

A Riesling with incredible depth, concentration, and minerality, all underpinned by a super-fresh acid structure. It’s drinking beautifully on release, but will reward with further cellaring.

2025 Two Tonne Tasmania TMV Riesling

This Riesling is drawn from Ricky Evan's three distinct vineyard sites across Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, each contributing its own character to the final blend. Fruit from Three Wishes and Glen Shian—located at opposite ends of the valley—forms the backbone of the wine, complemented by a smaller parcel from Bundaleera in the south. Together, these sites highlight the breadth and nuance of the region’s cool-climate expression.
