Can I place an order online for pickup?
Absolutely, we'd love to see you. Choose 'Store Pickup' at checkout and we'll send you a text as soon as it's ready. Our store location is 22 Fanning St, Southbank VIC 3006.
My order is a gift, can I leave a message?
Absolutely, write your message at the checkout in the 'Notes to Seller' box, click 'Update Cart' and we'll make sure it's included. Find greeting cards here.
What if I want to order more than is available?
That's great! Send us an email at hello@actofwine.com.au with the details and we'll let you know if more is available and how long it will take.
Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.
What is your heat policy?
We always want your order to arrive in perfect condition, so we may delay dispatch on days of extreme heat, and our courier may delay delivery for the same reason. If you have any concerns or requirements, please reach out at hello@actofwine.com.au
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over $99. All other orders have a flat fee of $15.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch same day or next day. The time it takes to arrive depends on your location so check here for more details
