2024 DEFIALY 'Blanc!!' Chardonnay / Savagnin

Chardonnay (55%) from Micah's organically grown estate Candlebark Hill vineyard and King Valley Savagnin (45%). Hand picked and co-fermented in seasoned oak barrrels for 15 months. This is Micah's ode to the classic Jura white blend.

The oak profile gentle comes through and enhances the wines depth. Green apples, orchard fruits and lemon pith combine with a lovely richness from the Savagnin.

2025 Harrison Wine 'Tan Fresca' Grenache Blanc

Highly aromatic and unashamedly thirst slaking. Fresh cut pear, lime leaf and white florals abound. A subtle chalky texture provides focus and drives the flavour long after the wine has left the mouth. Refreshment factor is high here.

2024 Gentle Folk Sauvignon Blanc

This Gentle Folk Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented with full malolactic fermentation, resulting in a wine of great poise, tension and purity.

Made from 100% whole cluster fruit, the wine was pressed and settled in tank overnight, then racked to neutral French barriques and hogsheads for fermentation and eight months of lees ageing.

2024 Mulline Pinot Gris

Ben Mullens' Surf Coast Pinot Gris from the Modewarre vineyard. A combination of old oak barrels and stainless steel fermentation to build complexity without overt oak influence, with 20% skin contact to build structure, enhance aromatics and give the wine its subtle copper blush.

2025 Patrick Sullivan 'Flint' Chardonnay

Opens with lime, lemon and grapefruit, followed by white peach and subtle spice. Hints of hazelnut, vanilla custard and lightly buttered toast add depth and complexity. 

Vibrant and precise, with bright mineral notes and zesty acidity framed by subtle crème brûlée richness. Fresh and concentrated, it shows balance with nuanced oak and layered depth.

2025 Orbis Albariño

This bright Albariño is finessed into a wine with notes of melon, lemon, pineapple and honeysuckle. 

The palate has a lively acidity and a fleshy texture, with a whisper of gentle salinity that creates a vibrant, chalky finish. Bright and refreshing.
