2025 Defialy 'Amber Skye'

Grenache Blanc and Riesling provide an electric base of fruit and texture, while Muscat Jaune brings honeyed-florals, orange blossom and gorgeous colour. Expect thirst-quenching blood orange and chinotto with a hint of ginger and spice. Bright acid, good length and a lifted finish.
