Owen Latta is the face behind Latta Vino, a West Victorian producer known for expressive, minimal-intervention wines.
Owen grew up immersed in wine, with his family’s vineyard forming the foundations of what is now Eastern Peake. Remarkably, he completed his first vintage at just 15; an early start that shaped a deeply intuitive approach.
Today, Owen steers both Eastern Peake and LATTA. While Eastern Peake focuses on site-driven classics, LATTA offers a more experimental lens: exploring alternative varieties, textures, and techniques with curiosity and restraint.
Sustainability sits at the core of everything he does, with careful attention to soil health and vineyard resilience. Owen crafts wines that reflect place, season, and an ever-evolving conversation between vineyard and cellar.

Absolutely, we’d love to see you. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready.

My order is a gift, can I leave a message?
Yes, of course. You can leave a message at checkout in the ‘Notes to Seller’ box - just click Update Cart and we’ll make sure it’s included.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.
What if I want to order more than is available?

What is your heat policy?
We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $99.
All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders same-day or next-business-day. Delivery takes up to 5 business days Australia-wide — you can find full delivery timeframes here
