About The Wine

Sourced from Jeff Treager’s vineyard in Vine Vale, this release brings together old-vine Grenache with around 10% Cinsault, the Grenache gently pressed directly over whole berries of Cinsault. The result is a beautifully balanced expression, where the structure and finesse of Grenache are softened by the bright, generous fruit of Cinsault, adding an immediate charm and approachability.

After a short period of maceration, the wine was pressed to a 2000L Stockinger foudre to complete fermentation and mature, enhancing both texture and subtle complexity. The finished wine is light on its feet, pretty and quietly captivating. An effortlessly delightful take on Barossa Grenache.
