2025 'Lounge Chill' Grenache

La Violetta’s Lounge Chill Grenache is pretty, perfumed and effortlessly vibrant—a juicy, light-footed red made for relaxed drinking. Fragrant red fruit and lifted aromatics meet a soft, pillowy texture, giving the wine plenty of freshness, bounce and immediate appeal.

Founded by AJ Hoadley and based in Denmark, Western Australia, La Violetta works with a small group of trusted growers across the Great Southern. Fruit is sourced from exceptional vineyards, including some of the oldest in the state. Production remains deliberately small so that every wine can be personally handcrafted.

Lounge Chill is made with whole berries and a small proportion of whole bunches, then wild fermented to build fragrance, texture and energy. It is pressed early, aged gently and bottled fresh, preserving the Grenache’s bright fruit and lively character.

This is a wine for reclining—for the couch, the lawn, a picnic or your next gathering. Serve it lightly chilled and pair it with charcuterie, grilled chicken, lamb koftas, mushroom pizza, antipasti or smoky vegetable dishes. Alternatively, pour a glass on its own and let the world get weirder while you stay fabulous.
