About The Wine
The fruit is de-stemmed and left on skins for 3-4 weeks. Barrel aged for 18 months like the Gris gives this wine that lovely darker amber colour with the introduction of oxygen.
Bright texture, mineral driven and chalky, yet still soft balanced tannins while staying true to varietal characteristics.
A well balanced, clean orange wine.
