    Bold, complex and incredibly smooth. A perfectly balanced gin.

    We spent years creating and refining our first gin. A process that seemed endless at the time but was obvious when it arrived. A considered creation and one that aimed to achieve the balance between traditional London Dry and New World styles. A happy medium on the two ends of the scale, paying homage to the history and tradition of gin, whilst also moving the dial a bit to create something fresh and new.

    With the help of some of the best in the business (we were pretty spoilt for choice when it came to getting some of our early samples into the hands of some of Australia’s best bartenders!), our first gin was a true collaborative effort, and the result is a very Melbourne Gin.

    Fresh ruby grapefruit, orange and aniseed myrtle are vapour infused, while the other botanicals are steeped in the pot. All up, ten botanicals were hand selected (out of around 100 that we tested!). Thirsty work.

    This gin is a quintessential Melbourne Gin and belongs in every gin lovers bar cabinet.

    No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.
