2024 Patrick Sullivan 'Carousal' Pinot Gris

The 2024 Carousal Pinot Gris is a pale straw-coloured wine and opens with lifted aromas of red apple, pear and white nectarine, leading to a light-bodied palate that bursts with vibrant citrus flavours. The mid-palate reveals a delightful texture of stone fruits and honeysuckle, culminating in a clean, crisp finish.

2025 Patrick Sullivan 'Flint' Chardonnay

Mount Gambier, SA

Opens with lime, lemon and grapefruit, followed by white peach and subtle spice. Hints of hazelnut, vanilla custard and lightly buttered toast add depth and complexity.

Vibrant and precise, with bright mineral notes and zesty acidity framed by subtle crème brûlée richness. Fresh and concentrated, it shows balance with nuanced oak and layered depth.

2024 Brash Higgins 'CHN' Chenin Blanc

McLaren Vale, SA

It drinks with charm. Lemon verbena, lemon-ginger tea, ginger, papaya, quince. Totally cool. A vibrant personality. The wine is dry and nuanced by flavours of honey, straw, golden apples and water chestnut. It’s exciting. It’s delicious.

2024 Gentle Folk Sauvignon Blanc

Adelaide Hills, SA

This Gentle Folk Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented with full malolactic fermentation, resulting in a wine of great poise, tension and purity.

Made from 100% whole cluster fruit, the wine was pressed and settled in tank overnight, then racked to neutral French barriques and hogsheads for fermentation and eight months of lees ageing.

ABV: 13%
