Discover our curated selection of Anton Van Klopper’s iconic Lucy M Wines; some of Australia’s most distinctive expressions of natural wine.

From the perfumed and finely textured Noir de Florette Pinot Noir to the poised, mineral Piccadilly Chardonnay, this pack showcases the clarity and character that define Anton’s approach.

Anton farms his Adelaide Hills vineyards organically, picking grapes early to preserve freshness and harvesting everything by hand to protect the fruit. In the winery the philosophy remains uncompromising: no harsh chemicals are used at any stage, Anton even distils his own alcohol for cleaning. Fermentations occur naturally with wild yeasts, and the wines are made without added sulphur. No fining or filtration - nothing added, nothing taken.

The result is wine that feels alive: raw, honest and expressive. Pure-fruited, vibrant and refreshingly lower in alcohol, these are clean wines made for drinking well and celebrating the simple pleasures of life.

2025 Lucy M 'Noir de Florette' Pinot Noir

This pinot is from the heart of the Adelaide Hills in Carey Gully, with its red clay over sandstone on a gentle northerly facing aspect at the bottom of a cold deep valley. The fruit is 100% destemmed, wild fermented, pressed and aged in a 2000L barrel. 

Grapes: Pinot Noir

ABV: 12.5%

2025 Lucy M 'Hillside' Blend

This is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Syrah. The pinot is 100% destemmed, fermented in large wooden open-top barrels and plunged once a day, transferred to ceramic vessels for maturation. It was assembled with the Cabernet Franc and Syrah to provide moreish weight and subtlety.

Grapes: Pinot Noir 75%, Cab Franc 15%, Syrah 10%

2024 Lucy M Mencia y Garnacha

A charming and fruity wine, aromatic and juicy with notes of tart cherry and pomegranate. Anton sources the fruit for this wine from two organically farmed vineyards: Deanery in Balhannah and Jupiter Creek in Echunga.  The fruit fermented carbonically for five days, and the wine matured in terracotta eggs.

Grapes: Mencia 65%, Grenache 35%

2025 Lucy M 'Le Petit' Piccadilly Chardonnay

Anton's Chardonnay seems to become cleaner, brighter and more focussed every year, The fruit is from the 'Cemetery Block' farmed by Jenny and James Griggs. Whole bunch pressed, only the free-run fraction used and fermented in ceramic eggs and aged on lees. 

Grapes: Chardonnay

ABV: 11.5%

2025 Lucy M Pinot Blanc

The Pinot blanc is from a vineyard we lease in Totness with 30 y/o vines grown on Black Sandy soil overlying petrified schist, it is cane pruned. The grapes were whole bunch pressed with the free run fraction going into large format oak (this wine is 100% free run) where it fermented and aged, until it was bottled.

2025 Lucy M 'Le Sensual' Savagnin

Savagnin 100%. Situated on the south side of the McLaren Hills, with light red clay and certified biodynamic. Direct-pressed, fermented, and aged in ceramic eggs.
