    About The Wine

    Low Alcohol refreshment! 90% Gamay with 10% Poulsard this bubbly good stuff is a juicy red fruit delight and stunning bright pink in the glass.

    Super pure, bright and lifted on the nose. It's all about red fruits. Raspberry, red currants, rhubarb, cranberries and strawberry. The palate hits with some sweetness, but comes in with acid, leaving the palate feeling invigorated. At Only 8% you can drink this all day! 



    About Patrick Bottex

    Hidden between Savoie, Jura, Burgundy and the Rhone, this little gem of a region has only 470 hectares of grapes. Patrick and Catherine Bottex have farmed a small plot of land in the Cerdon sub region of Bugey since 1991 producing a tiny amount of their intriguing bubbles.
