About The Wine
Ripe and expressive, notes of pears, peaches and pineapples, with hints of roasted butter.
Well-rounded and rich, ripe and dense but with an acidity which balances and refreshes the whole.
Clear, finely astringent, with the ever present mature fruit, but also toasted bread, a touch of butter and a hint of vanilla.
Serve at 10-12c.

About Jeff Carrel
For those who know Jeff’s wines, they taste great and that’s the most important detail. For now, mainly working in Languedoc Roussillon but also in Bordeaux, Beaujolais and Burgundy regions too.
Jeff Carrel develops original ranges of wine at affordable prices: simple wines but not simplistic. Each wine has its own universe and its own story to tell, technical precision and personality, all the way from the vines to the bottle.
