We’ve dialled up the skin contact on our pinot gris to make an orange/amber wine with juice and texture. A month on skins gives this pinot gris a gorgeous orange colour, as well as some satisfying palette grip. It’s the chilled down sun downer for downing supper to.
Skin contact hand-picked organic pinot gris. Native yeast ferment, unfined, minimal filtering and sulphur.
