The core release is aptly called Uno (meaning ‘one’) and is a blend of both farm-grown Espadín agave and wild Cirial agave. The latter variety, harvested from Tehuacán and Central valleys of Puebla, brings distinctive herbal and citrus notes to the blend. Even at this entry level, craftsmanship is front and centre: harvested at between eight and 14 years of age, the piñas roast over wood-fired rock oven pits; the roasted agave is crushed using equine-powered circular stone tahona mills; ferments are wild; and distillation takes place in traditional copper alembics. Even the bottling and labelling is done by the collective.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge will apply for redelivery.
