Patrick Sullivan has become one of Australia’s leading Chardonnay producers, celebrated for wines that are precise, expressive and deeply tied to place. His connection to vineyards began early, later strengthened by viticulture studies and global winemaking experience.
Patrick and his family farm Tumblestone Vineyard in Gippsland, along with four additional sites across Baw Baw Shire. These rugged, labour-intensive vineyards on volcanic soils produce Chardonnay of remarkable purity and tension.
By dedicating himself entirely to the variety, Patrick has achieved a rare level of consistency. His wines are defined by mineral intensity, mouth-watering acidity and a clarity that reflects both site and the hand of a master craftsman.

Absolutely, we’d love to see you. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready.

My order is a gift, can I leave a message?
Yes, of course. You can leave a message at checkout in the ‘Notes to Seller’ box - just click Update Cart and we’ll make sure it’s included.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
No minimums - we love orders of all sizes. For packaging reasons, quantities of 7 or 13 aren’t ideal, but we can still make them work if needed.
What if I want to order more than is available?

What is your heat policy?
We always want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. On days of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch, and our courier may do the same.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $99.
All other orders are charged a flat rate of $15.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders same-day or next-business-day. Delivery takes up to 5 business days Australia-wide — you can find full delivery timeframes here
