About The Wine
This sparkling is dry, fruity, light and gourmet. Fruit forward with aromas of white fruits, and subtle flowers notes, the palate is soft and elegant with beautiful bubbles and charming notes of citrus fruits and a finish on a brioche flavour.
It's made from a blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Pinot Noir. All hand harvested, the grapes and then pressed, the second fermentation in bottle happens and the wine is aged for 12 months on lees before release.
About Domaine Rolet
Domaine Rolet is a famous producer based in Arbois. Established in 1942, the domaine has risen in prominence in the region and has acquired prime old vine vineyards in the appellations of Arbois and Côtes du Jura.
