Delicate and aromatic, this wine expresses flavour characteristics of crunchy white peach, pomegranate and orchard blossom. Inspired by the pale, savoury rosé style of Bandol, this wine is crisp and dry, with zippy acidity to keep it fine and focussed on the finish. Versatile and food-friendly, this is casual summer drinking at its best.

The 2023 season was characterized by cool and damp conditions from mid Autumn. Later ripening varieties like Grenache and Mourvedre retained their natural acidity and vibrant primary fruit characteristics making a perfect base for rosé.

A blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre from our ‘Rhone Project’ vineyard plantings, our rosé is made in the direct press method. Half the fruit is whole bunch pressed and the remaining half destemmed prior to pressing. Fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and fruit purity, with some lees work to add subtle complexity.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge will apply for redelivery.
