About The Wine

This is a misleadingly dry and flavoursome sparkling Vouvray. On the nose you get pleasured with apricot Danish and green apple. Super dry on the palate with subtle lingering notes of green apple, pulled together with tight minerality and bright acidity.

About Domaine Francois et Julien Pinon

This beautiful Domaine was established in 1786 and has been passed down through eight generations of Pinon’s until Francois took the reins in 1987 from his father and immediately set to working in a more ethical and environmentally friendly way. Fast forward a decade and Francois was joined by his son Julien in the cellar and in 2003 they achieved organic certification. The pair believe that organic practices allow the terroir to sing and demonstrate nuances that cannot be achieved with conventional farming.

Sadly Francois passed away in 2021, leaving the vineyard in the very capable hands of his son Julien.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge will apply for redelivery.
