Description
This cuvée is a blend of 60% Pineau d’Aunis, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Cabernet Franc, from vines that average 25 year old. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October. Fermented and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Aromas of red fruits and spices.
Silky on the palate, with good structure and balance.
