The fruit for this Onannon Mornington Pinot Gris was hand-harvested and promptly pressed into a tank. After settling overnight, it was racked into a combination of tanks and old barrels. A slow, cool fermentation process spanned two months, during which the wine was regularly stirred to enhance its texture.

This careful approach has produced a wine with enticing aromas of ripe pears and mixed stone fruits, accented by subtle notes of crisp green apple. The palate is rich and textured, culminating in a beautifully satisfying finish.

Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next applicable day.

Our same day delivery is eligible every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
ID check may be required to confirm recipient is aged 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
