Heathcote Fiano (65%) destemmed & macerated on top of whole bunch Heathcote Greco, co-fermented for 4 days. Pressed to stainless to complete fermentation then into neutral oak 9 months. 1 month in stainless before bottling.
750ml 13.2% alc.
All wines unfiltered, unfined & wild fermented.
