The Franc block is a small one and yields were never high from this marginal site, so a total production of 1 barrel is not unusual! Fermented in one vessel as a mix of whole bunch (15%) and destemmed berries. Mostly the cap was hand rolled, but for a couple of days mid-ferment I plunged once a day. 14 days on skins. Wild yeast fermented, unfiltered and unfined. No additions apart from sulphur. Vegan friendly. 25 dozen made.

Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next applicable day.

Our same day delivery is eligible every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge will apply for redelivery.
