Zibibbo is an aromatic varietal that grows beautifully on the wild island of Pantelleria, roughly a hundred kilometres south west of Sicily. This wine is carrying all the flavours and allure of this exotic Mediterranean paradise. Stone fruits, minerality, herbs and a lick of spice.

The grapes come entirely from the Serragghia district, and grown without any chemical or synthetic product. The volcanic soil on which the vines rest, and the marine influence of the island, give the wine a deep and three-dimensional salinity, the real strength of Gabrio's products. 48 hours of skin contact. Nothing added.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
First time orders can only be delivered to the person who placed the order – we are required to check ID to confirm the recipient is 18 or over.

People receiving gift orders must have their ID checked to confirm they are 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
