Raphael Chopin may be the perfect example of this, being born on November 21st – the celebration of Beaujolais Neuvo as well as having winemaking in the Beaujolais region in his blood. Raphael really had no choice but to produce outstanding Beaujolais in one of the most exciting up and coming appellations within the region.
