Only made in years with severe frost it represents all the estate’s Chardonnay – from the parcels that normally make Les Gaudrettes, Blanc de la Rouge, and Chardo Gai. In 2017, 2019 and now again in 2021 the frost was so severe that the only way to have enough juice to make a wine was to combine everything.

The wine was directly-pressed then aged in barrels which were topped up. 12.6% ABV.

Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next applicable day.

Our same day delivery is eligible every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Important Delivery Information:

Same day deliveries must be received in person and cannot be left unattended.
Delivery drivers will refuse delivery to an intoxicated person.
ID check may be required to confirm recipient is aged 18 or over.
Standard deliveries (not same day) are marked ‘Authority to Leave’ so our driver can leave the parcel in a safe place for you.
We will always do our best to find a safe place, however if the driver deems it unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to await further instructions from you, or in the case of Australia Post deliveries, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection facility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A $15 charge may apply for redelivery.
