The Domaine farms sustainably, with parts in organic conversion. No synthetic chemicals are used, and the soils are constantly ploughed creating beautiful, healthy vineyards. Grapes are harvested by hand, which is difficult work among the steep slopes of Arbois and Cotes du Jura. The commitment to quality viticulture extends into the cellar where they produce balanced, mineral-driven wines that could only come from the Jura. The wines always exhibit a focused purity and intensity of flavour which maintain the cool climate typicity of this mountainous region.
