This parcel is located on the top of the slopes, with clay loam on the surface and plenty of limestone. Vertical roots plunge deep into the ground. The vines have an average age of more than 50 years.

A light lemon colour with a green tint. The bouquet is more perfumed than the straight Butteaux bottling. The wine though has retained its Chablisian character throughout with a fresher rather than softer finish, and impeccable length. An elegant rendition of this key wine at the domaine.
