Bright ruby red in colour, bright mulberries, and wild raspberries on the nose. On first sip, your tongue tingles, salivating for more. Juicy, fresh blackberries follow; a softness to the palate. A hint of beetroot, sweet cherries with balanced richness and an oh-so fine bubble.
About ECK Wines
Based in the beautiful Heathcote Emily has been making wine since 2019. Up until 2019 Emily was a lawyer, working the hustle and bustle lifestyle. However a move from the inner east to Central Victoria and a yearning to create pushed Emily to start the ECK wine label.
Emily now farms a small vineyard organically in Heathcote as well as being a as négociant producer sourcing high quality thoughtfully made fruit from farmers throughout Central Victoria.
